Retrieve CA certificate - Display in PEM encoding

The Certification Authority (CA) certificate is used by Web Servers to verify the CA signature on the certificates they receive when attempting to set up secure sessions.

You can enable client authentication by retrieving and installing a CA certificate on your Web Server (client authentication also requires that you install browser certificates on user's browsers).

If you select this option, the Certification Authority (CA) certificate will be downloaded to your computer and displayed in PEM encoding to facilitate the installation of the certificate into your Web server.

If you install the CA certificate, your Web server will automatically trust all certificates signed by this Certification Authority.
